Russian Election:Vladimir Putin celebrates victory(Uchaguzi wa Urusi:Vladimir Putin amesherehekea ushindi)

Vladimir Putin and his supporters are celebrating victory in Russian elections, that will give him a third presidential term after spending the last four years as the country's PM.With more than 99% of the ballots counted, he secured nearly 64% of the vote, election officials say.Mr Putin told supporters in Moscow he had won in an open and honest battle.
But Golos, a leading independent election watchdog, said the polls could not be considered fair and open.

Vladimir Putin na wafuasi wake wamesherehekea ushindi wa uchaguzi ambao utampa Vladimir kipindi cha tatu cha urais, baada ya kutumia miaka minne iliyopita kama waziri mkuu wa nchi hiyo.Asilimia 99 ya kura zilizopigwa zimekwisha hesabiwa na Vladimir amepata asilimia zaidi ya 64 ya kura zote maafisa wa uchaguzi walisema.Vladimir Putin aliwaambia wafuasi wake kuwa ameshinda katika uchaguzi uliokuwa wazi na kweli.

Lakini taasisi huru ya kufuatilia chaguzi Golos imesema uchaguzi huo haukuwa wazi wala wa haki.
