It is claimed that he is the most influential African American who ever lived..........born in 1925 and died in 1939 his birth name was Malcom Little but he changed his surname afterwards and called himself Malcom X.He was an African American Muslim Minister,public speaker and human rights activitist.

To his admirers, he was a courageous advocate for the rights of African Americans, a man who indicted white America in the harshest terms for its crimes against black Americans.

His detractors accused him of preaching racism, black supremacy and violence. He has been called one of the greatest and most influential African Americans in history, and in 1998, Time  named The autobiograpy of Malcom X as one of the ten most influential nonfiction books of the 20th century.

 Malcom X who has been to jail later coached by prophet Elijah Mohamed led the movement toward demanding total  equality,justice and rights of  the African American those  times called Negroes, he was a muslim at the back ground but at the fore ground he claimed himself every now and then as a Negro.
