A STORY OF AN AFGHAN WOMAN WHO SURVIVED THE TALIBANS

Aesha, is a 20 year old Afaghan woman who is also a victim of Taliban's harsh laws that are aiming at executing any form of diverges from the fundamentals which Sunni Muslims follow. Her story starts a way back before she was born when her uncle killed one of the Taliban members and after her birth her dad as a way of paying back the family scores, gave her away.
Aesha was given to the Talibans and later married to one of the Talibans. On her new home she experienced severe beatings from her mother in-law, and after several years she decided to run away. Unfortunately during her escape she was captured and confiscated to jail, whereby afterwards her father in-law came for her release and later Aesha was brought before the Taliban court, charged for a crime of disobeying her in-law's orders Aesha was supposed to be mutilated as a punishment to the crime. Thus she was chopped off her nose and ears, and left to die.

Later on with the help of military troops, Aesha was rescued and deported to US where she was sent to organisation Women For Afaghan Women that helps women like Aesha coming from mostly
Afghanistan, Pakistan. It has taken time for Aesha to recover from her past. And her pain and oppression has been used as a reflector of the pain of other women's pains in Afghanistan and other  countries.
