A draft UN Security Council resolution against the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has been rejected by two permanent members of the Council.Russia and China both opposed the draft submitted by Morocco.US Ambassador to the UN Susan Rice said she was "disgusted" at Russia and China's votes, also saying that "any further bloodshed that flows wil be on their hands."

Pendekezo kutoka kwa serikali ya watu wa Morroco kwa baraza la usalama la umoja wa mataifa (UN Security Council),kuhusu suluhu ya vita ya Syria limezuiwa na wanachama wawili wa kudumu wa baraza hilo China na Urusi, kwa kura zao za kupinga pendekezo lolote linalo mlazimisha bwana Bashar Al Assad au serikali yake kuondoka madarakani kwa nguvu.Balozi wa marekani kwenye Umoja wa mataifa (UN)Sussan Rice, amesema amekasirishwa na uamuzi wa China na Urusi kupinga pendekezo hilo na kuongeza damu itakayomwagika nchini Syria na iwe mikononi mwa China na Urusi.

Bashar Al Assad has run out of his mind for him now is important to mantain the control of his regime on Syria which he is about to loose at any cost. Now is important for everyone else then to think on stability of the Syrians which Russian and China decided to ignore for their own interests, samewise U.S and his fellow choose pay attention to also for their own interests.
